General Conditions

I agree that no liability is assumed by the operator for injuries caused by rental equipment (e.g., board, line, binding, helmet) or due to interactions with the towing boat, other boats, fishermen, debris, shore, trees, rocks, swans, mussels, bees, etc. Additionally, the operator is not liable for injuries unrelated to sporting activities, such as boarding or disembarking the boat at the dock, or injuries occurring within the boat.

I confirm that I must be 18 years old or have a parent/guardian’s signature. I must be in good mental and physical condition to practice these sports, able to swim, and wear a life jacket at all times. I must follow staff instructions and avoid practicing sports under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I acknowledge that wakeboarding, wakesurfing, wakeskating, waterskiing, and similar sports are dangerous and can cause life-threatening injuries. The operator does not provide compensation for injuries or damages.

I agree that any photos and videos taken of me may be used and published. I understand that no liability is accepted for valuables.

By signing, I declare that I am joining the “Surf Dock Wien – Wakesurf Sportverein” association and agree to its statutes and data protection provisions. My data will be used solely for association purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

With my signature, I confirm that I have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to all its terms. I waive claims for damages or compensation against the association and other participants unless intentional harm is proven. If any provision becomes invalid, the remaining terms remain effective and will be interpreted to fulfill their intended purpose.
